Natalie utilizes RESET Breathwork, an activating, three part conscious connected breathing pattern, in combination with visualizations, affirmations, somatic release and music sequencing to bring you to a peak emotional state.

What will it look like?
You will be lying on the ground with your eyes closed in a quiet space with no distractions. Natalie will guide you, in person or virtually, through a meditation to calm your mind and your body, you will then be guided through RESET Breathwork and back out with a meditation. Sessions are typically around 1.5 hours with 25-30 minutes of breathing.
